As the Manager of  Learning Design, I lead  in the analysis,  design, development, implementation, and evaluation of instructor led/eLearning  training solutions and experiences that help the organization achieve its goals of excellence. The solutions include compliance, professional development, leadership development,  soft skills,  sales and marketing, customer service, brand and culture training.
